Director/Solicitor
Yulia is an experienced solicitor with a well-rounded practice covering property, civil, family, and probate law.
In property law, she advises on a wide range of commercial and residential matters, including acquisitions and disposals of leasehold and freehold properties, transfers of equity, new build transactions, issues involving unregistered land, commercial leases, and development site acquisitions. She also acts for high-net-worth individuals on complex property transactions.
Her civil law experience includes assisting clients with a variety of disputes and legal matters, offering clear and practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Yulia also represents clients in family law, particularly in divorce proceedings and related financial matters, offering sensitive and strategic support during emotionally difficult times.

Nina Cambell
Senior Solicitor
Nina cambell is a highly experienced and commercially-focused solicitor with extensive international legal experience, having worked with leading clients in London. Her practice spans complex commercial disputes, non-performing loan matters, high-value real estate transactions and litigation, private client matters, and family law.
Nina has acted on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including debt recovery, enforcement of legal and equitable charges, charging orders, and orders for sale. She has significant expertise in trust-related property disputes and advises creditors facing bad debt challenges, as well as directors, debtors, and bankrupt individuals (including those subject to IVA arrangements) on strategies and legal recourse.
In addition to her corporate and commercial practice, Nina advises on cross-border litigation, professional negligence claims, and complex immigration matters, including employer sponsorship, entrepreneur visas, and business immigration strategies. She has advised investors and developers on the acquisition, development, and sale of prime London real estate.

Manjot Virdi
Immigration Solicitor
Manjot is an experienced immigration solicitor with over 10 years of post-qualification experience, specialising in all areas of UK immigration law other than asylum. He has previously worked with Ernst & Young, where he gained extensive exposure to both corporate and private-client immigration matters. His practice covers visas, residency, nationality applications, administrative and judicial review, tribunal appeals, and a wide range of family and business immigration issues.
In addition to his broad expertise, Manjot has developed a strong specialism in Points-Based System (PBS) cases and sponsor licence applications, including the full life-cycle of sponsor licence management. He regularly advises employers on maintaining compliance, preparing for Home Office audits, addressing risk areas, and resolving complex issues that arise during ongoing business immigration operations.
Manjot also specialises in Skilled Worker applications, particularly those involving complex eligibility, switching categories, salary or SOC code challenges, or cases requiring detailed legal representations.
